Einar Kilde, Chairman

• Business Area responsible, Project Execution - Sarawak Energy Berhad in Sarawak, Malaysia
• More than 20 years of experience from the offshore industry, holding several management positions in Norsk Hydro and StatoilHydro.  Since 2007 working with solar energy in REC ASA, where he held the position as Executive Vice President for REC Wafer before joining Sarawak Energy Berhad in September 2010.

Lars J. Larsen

• Investment Banking Advisor - Carnegie
• Main experience from corporate finance advisory activities within a broad range of industries.  In addition he has extensive experience as investor and board member, primarily in growth- and turn-around companies, with emphasis  on active participation in company development.
