4Subsea Vision and Values

Following a thorough value survey among all employees (performed by People Unlimited), the 4Subsea values were established on our kick off gathering. Our values are deeply rooted in all of us. They are used in our everyday work, and clearly communicated to all our clients, partners and potential employees. Being a constant reminder, our values are interpreted by the employees into four pieces of art, displayed in the centre of the Asker office.

Our vision also describes the company's personality:  We strongly believe that sharing experience and knowledge internally and with our clients is a key prerequisite to bring technology forward and come up with the best solutions.  Our value base strongly supports our vision.
