As a technical lead, you will build domain-specific applications on the 4insight® platform capabilities as part of the product team. You will work closely with a highly motivated and experienced cross-functional product team of engineers and globally sourced software developers (internal & external) to deliver cutting-edge software products built, hosted and accessed on 4insight®.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of software systems and applications that meet the needs of the business and its customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize software development projects
- Design and manage the overall architecture of our product software applications, building on the 4insight platform
- Oversee the implementation of the architecture and ensure that the system is built according to the design.
- Providing guidance on testing and quality assurance.
- Manage, inspire and mentor a team of technical software developers internally & externally
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality software on schedule and within budget
- Keep abreast of new software development technologies and methodologies and make recommendations for their adoption
- Ensure that software development processes are followed, and that software development best practices are adhered to
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience leading software development teams
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- Strong experience with one or more programming languages such as Java, Python and C++.
- Required experience with C# and Angular
- Experience with web development technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong technical leadership and team management skills

Senior Accountant & Team Lead Admin

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accountant with experience from either a large Norwegian corporation or experience from the “Big five” audit firms to join us as our Senior Accountant and Team Lead of the administration.
As our Team Lead, you run our small team in Asker and Bergen to manage the administration and accounting operations. You will lead and contribute to the monthly accounting and year–end processes and ensure the team takes care of the company’s administration across our offices. Can this be the role for you?
What responsibilities are within the role:
- Lead the team of currently four administration staff
- Manage and contribute to the monthly accounting process, ensuring the admin team and external accountant deliver timely invoicing, controlling and bookkeeping
- Manage the internal guidelines and procedures relating to the control environment within accounting and the monthly process for ensuring adherence
- Participate and execute as a team member in all aspects of the accounting process
- Manage administration functions which include matters pertaining to:
- Facilities/office
- Employees/social events
- Administration-related suppliers and contracts
- The role reports to the CFO
What we appreciate of qualifications:
- Preferably 7-10 years of total accounting experience with at least two years relevant experience/responsibility with year-end book close (Årsavslutning)
- Master’s degree in accounting or finance
- Relevant work experiences may compensate for formal education
- Strong Excel skills and significant experience with using accounting (ERP) software
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English and Norwegian

Project Engineer

Responsibilities in the role:
- Prepare conceptual sketches and design drawings based on input from relevant interfaces and specifications.
- Develop project-specific drawings and documents.
- Collaborate with internal and external project interfaces, including subcontractors and colleagues.
- Participate in technical aspects of project work, services, and development related to monitoring flexible pipes, cables, dynamic risers, and structures in the oil, gas, drilling, and wind industries.
- Maintain contact with subcontractors. Coordinate project delivery from client interface, design development, procurement, fabrication, and assembly.
- Ensure the quality of technical work performed according to project specifications.

Responsibilities
As a Principal SURF Engineer, your responsibilities will be to:
- Manage the development, implementation and assurance of digital solutions involving structural engineering, sensors, monitoring equipment and data analysis related to reliable and safe operation of subsea umbilicals, flexible risers and flowlines, and steel pipes.
- Work as project manager for integrity assessment and Lifetime extension, interpreting applicable codes, following methodologies for identifying failure modes, and providing recommendations
- Translate client needs into product requirements for development
- Contribute to the digitalisation of work processes and data evaluation.
- Communicate with customers in different countries, define and clarify scope, and present results in relation to the work performed.
Requirements
To be able to perform your responsibilities, you probably need:
- 3-10 years of professional experience
- BSc or MSc in marine, mechanical engineering or similar
- Previous experience with SURF projects, having contact with O&G companies
- Experience preferably with Subsea equipment, flexible risers, umbilical’s and/or steel catenary risers, and other subsea production systems
- Offshore experience
- Willingness to travel nationally, internationally and offshore
